Prophetess La Wanda Davis is a victorious overcomer of domestic violence, teen pregnancy, mental health challenges, rejection, low self-esteem, suicide, and loss of identity, and a devoted single mother of five children who became the pillars of her destiny. Marked by a prophetic word that God would do five things in her life, she birthed Women In The Making in 1997, a movement committed to helping single mothers remove barriers and equipping women globally through biblical principles. After seven years of pruning and preparation, God used WIMM to launch national assignments such as “A Call to Repentance” in Austin, Texas, and later “Prophetic Activation,” which has activated five-fold ministers, business owners, and visionaries. In 2022 she founded WIMM International LLC to unite businesswomen and God’s leading ladies, and co-created “The Exchange” as a collaborative platform for sharpening, mentorship, and growth. A Texas Realtor with a vision to secure housing for women in need, she also leads Brook Cherith, a safe forum for those battling mental illness, and “The Secret Place” in Austin, birthed in 2023. Known as a Mother of Zion, with the rallying cry “Let’s Ascend,” Prophetess Davis lives to meet the needs of the remnant assigned to her, continually humbling herself to the voice of God.
